He provided services in various locations such as Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Myanmar, Holland and Indonesia.

Based in Singapore, Tim Chan has been in the field for 10 years and practices both San He and San Yuan Feng Shui methodology. It includes property or land selection and consultancy on interior layout to achieve best possible outcome. Apart from doing Feng Shui audits for banks, shipping company, IT retail shops, offices, holiday resorts and others, he also does Date Selection for auspicious events such as wedding date, commencement of new business, caesarean birth and move-in to new premise. Other than coaching in workshops of wealth, health, and relationships, Tim Chan also conducts company presentations to corporate giants such as Dijaya Tropicana, Triumph, ANZ Bank, Sony, Courts Singapore, and Hong Leong Finance.

Tim Chan has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Hons) and MBA, with a background in Electrical Engineering consultancy and Corporate Sales in the telecommunication industry aside from his Chinese Metaphysics qualifications. His involvement in the technical and commercial fields has given him a wide exposure to people from all upbringings. Besides, he explores other forms of metaphysical practices such as Qi Gong, healing works, effective prayers, religious approach in life and awakening to one's Self through spirituality. The ancient Chinese classified phenomenon observed from the sky and its impact to human beings as an effect from Heaven. The ancient Chinese observed that the position and planetary movement have an impact to a person’s life and its state of wellbeing.
